Before launch: The operator must complete a child-safeguarding risk assessment, adopt operational procedures and confirm whether a formal Child Safeguarding Statement is required for this service. This page is not a substitute for those steps.
Parent or guardian contact
For minors, a parent or guardian should make the first enquiry and remain the main contact for booking, payment and scheduling. We will agree how lesson links, feedback and any messages are shared.
Online lesson arrangements
Before lessons begin, we will explain the video platform, expectations for appropriate communication and how a parent or guardian can raise a concern. We will not present exchange or immersion activities as available to a child until individual safety and supervision arrangements have been confirmed.
